Starters – Chef’s soup of the day with roll & butter

Apple n prawns (Chunks of apple & prawns in Marie Rose sauce)

Chilled honey melon with fruits of the forest

Pavilion Chicken pastries (poached chicken with cream & brandy sauce)

Cheesy garlic bread two slices topped with grilled cheese

Main Course – Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding

Roast leg of lamb with mint sauce

Roast Norfolk turkey with Chipolata & seasoning

Salmon mornay (poached fillet of salmon with rich cheese sauce

Cherry tomato & red onion tart (V)

Red Thai vegetable curry with rice bale (V)

All served with Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables

Deserts – Luxury sweet trolley served with double cream + tea/coffee & mints
